"For the money I expected more. No shades to properly block out sunlight in the morning. Parking was ATROCIOUS. Parking is the worst. You have to cart your stuff FOREVER. Not a good design. Was charged extra for the very mediocre breakfast but there was no check and balance to make sure people had paid. Attendant at breakfast was rude when I asked if there was any more sausage or any kind of meat. "NO!" Was the answer. Lights didn't work in room. Poor room design. It was NOT a suite. ...

"We have stayed here for Medical appointments in Houston... can not say enough about this hotel's and its support staff... "

"The room was not ready at 3 pm. There was a very large crowd of people waiting in a very small lobby without enough seating for their rooms. I had to wait until 4:30pm to get the room. The shuttle to the hospital is advertised, but is either not available or too slow to arrive, so I used an Uber. The staff are not interested to help. The hotel is also showing signs of aging even though it is almost new. The bed linen was fraying and the towels were old. "

"The rooms weren’t ready at 3 ,we had to wait around for a room to be ready,we were going to the Houston Livestock Show and it took time away from that waiting for a room to be available,the staff were trying to do the best they could but the rooms still should have been ready by 3 atleast,we got there at 2:30 and the this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that we weren’t able to check in early"

"A very basic hard floor room, clean and functional enough for a no frills sleep space. Drainage is slow with bath and sink. Though staff helped to get WiFi connected with my phone, the WiGi was weak and, frankly, useless. "

"I didn't use the pool. I stayed here for proximity to the Houston Rodeo at NRG Stadium. Two nights for nearly $600, and they didn't even have free coffee. No continental breakfast. Only breakfast was $1700 buffett which was terrible....ran out of eggs, certain things weren't in containers (empty containers)....asked for a to go container to go back to the room. Was told unavailable, then witnessed same person giving a "no" response give one to an employee. Not even a pad of paper or pen in...
