"Booked a room here specifically to go to the rodeo but the hotel sold parking and actually way oversold so there was nowhere for me, an actual guest, to safely park my vehicle. My car was sideswiped and not only did the staff not seem to care, but they refused to investigate to provide camera footage so I could go after the person that hit my vehicle and took off. "I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had any issues. However, my recent stay was different. I'm not sure if they changed the mattresses but I woke up feeling like I had slept on the sidewalk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable."
