"The staff was incredible. Especially, Nolan, Dwight, and Henry as well as the girl at the front desk with long dark hair. I'm embarrassed I can't remember her name... First class, white glove, genuine service. It was my second time staying at this hotel and my mom's first as well as her first time flying. They made sure to make her feel welcome and definitely made us want to come back again very soon! I can't recommend this hotel enough. "

"Stayed here prior to Labor Day. I enjoyed walking about, sight-seeing, and dining out. The room had a separate living area complete with a turntable and records. There was a little bar complete with microwave and mini-fridge. Also a bar sink that came in handy. The bedroom was so quiet at night. There wasn't a view but the quiet was so nice and the bed so comfy. The front desk was so helpful.I would stay here again."

"The Royal Sonesta was the perfect hotel for our trip to New Orleans. The property is lovely and the rooms are very nice. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I really liked how quiet the property is once inside. You cannot hear the noise from Bourbon Street which is amazing. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter. It’s right on Bourbon Street and easily walkable to charming shops, restaurants and galleries. I would stay here every time I come to New Orleans."
