The free airport shuttle is a big advantage. Check in procedure is quite efficient. The frontdesk staff is friendly and helpfull, however it is very dificult to communicate with the cleaning staff, actually in any common language for that matter, but they’re friendly too

A little bit hard to find at first and the room was a lot smaller than I was used to at a van der Valk property. But we still had a convenient stay. Restaurants and bar were amazing.

we received an excellent recommendation for one of the best Dutch Restaurants in Amsterdam ,we followed up on the lead and it truly was a fantastic experience and even though we were only in Amsterdam for 2 days it made a very nice impact on our trip i did not get the gentleman’s name who gave us the recommendation ,but i will say this hotel and staff is nothing but Professional Stamppot Amsterdam is the Restaurant

Best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff is great and they let you check-in early no issues and need to stay a little later that’s also no issue. Pool , full gym and spa area is everything you’ll ever need!!!

The hotel was immaculate. The lounges were beautiful and spotless and the buffet was incredible, so clean and so many food options for people with any kinds of diets. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious with a convenient space for luggage. Airport shuttle was convenient and quick. Don’t forget to reserve. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or wellness area, but it looked fantastic and we will check it out on our next visit for sure. We will be back. So much value for the money here!
