Lovely short stay at the Mövenpick. Staff at check in were great and I got a free upgrade. Room was spacious, clean and had a great view over the water and into Amsterdam centre. Generous selection of nespresso pods in the room was also a nice touch. The bar was also pleasant and the barman made the best caipirinha!

Great trip, really liked the hotel, nice spacious clean rooms. Breakfast variety was fantastic, from pastries to fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, hot breakfast, pancakes and omelets to order… there was something for everyone! A short walk away from the train station and restaurants, however I did try the old Amsterdam burger from the hotel menu and that was a good burger and cooked to your choosing. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The room service response quick to your request The breakfast is good could have more option you get bored if you have a long stay as we stayed for four days The family room was very specious and we had a disabled guest the facility was excellent will recommend it The location is good 10 mins from the central station The cleaning could improve as cups was no washed and room was minimum cleaned It was a great stay and we used the suana after a cold day was so relaxing

Clean rooms, the fridge was broken for two days out of the four we were there, the staff didn’t even notice, they didn’t refill the shower/shampoo for two days straight. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, however there were no changes in menu at all.

The hotel is in a great location and the room are nice and clean and the hotel has lots to offer. The only issue is the beds are terrible, hard and lumpy. They would never be accepted in North American base on the hotel class this hotel is listed as.

Nice hotel - walkable from train station but directions are basically non-existent. No signage to your river boat. Just not very user-friendly - but that's really on the river cruise operators. Room (junior suite) was great - nice drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

I stayed here for a conference. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Service from staff was all very good. Not the best location for seeing Amsterdam as you are a bit out of the center. Hotel seems to empty and fill based on the river cruises coming and going.
