"It wss very clean and comfortably. The hot tub could be a little warmer. The bar was closed. The breakfast was perfect. The gift was close. The staffing was excellent The place was very comfortable and clean. I will give them 4 and half star.⁰"

"Room was very clean and organized, staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for future visitors being aware that the parking is a parking garage across the street and is an additional $10 a day fee for it. We did not eat breakfast as it was an additional $11 per person."

"I am not a “Karen” but do expect some level of professionalism from a front desk staff. This is what gives me a first impression for the safety and cleanliness of the hotel. One employee was on FaceTime and the other was eating ice cream when I walked in. Check in was fairly easy but I was surprised to be charged an $11 parking fee. The pool was fine. Not the hotels fault, but I was in a room next to people who were loud and I thought they were in the hallway until I heard them using the microwave which means they were in the room next to me but the walls are just very thin apparently. I usually stay next door at the Cambria but booked this hotel simply so my daughter could use the pool, but was not impressed overall. "

"I highly recommend the Red Coach Inn and will definitely book a stay there again when visiting Niagara Falls in the future. Our room was very clean and quiet. The park setting was beautiful and the staff was attentive and kind. The full breakfast that was included was tasty and the servers both mornings we were there were excellent. Very impressed!"
