"The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort."

"Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms, will be back. Only drawback is the smell of smoke when you enter the lobby area, which of course can't be helped because of the casino. Very nice that there is another casino that is smoke free. "

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. It wasn’t very crowded. It’s within walking distance to the falls. The neighborhood around it is falling apart but that is all of Niagara. Breakfast was excellent with many options "

"You should improve the lighting of the backyard and the curtain of the longer bathrooms. We find it very cozy and spacious, in a very accessible area. If I come back, it would be our first choice, again."

"The staff is great here. The food, drinks and coffee options were great. We washed clothes on the 2nd floor and it was easy and the machines worked well. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was on point."
