I was ok with that and departed on time but was then charged over $600 for a late check out. I had to make several calls and spent a lot of time getting it reversed and my credit card credited."

The location near the airport was very convenient, and the parking lot was easy to access. The shuttle service was excellent, and the driver, Guillermo, was very polite and kind. "We just spent 4 nights here. Check in was great, very friendly and welcoming. We got there before noon so our room wasn't ready, They said they would call when it was ready and gave us a key to access the pool, chairs for the beach, and towels. They also took all our luggage and stored it for us since we were returning our rental car, (You don't really need a car if your staying there). The room was way bigger than we thought with a full kitchen, oven. stove and full refrigerator and freezer. We booked the king with balcony. The Balcony was not a great view. basically facing another building but we still enjoyed it. The roof top pool and hot tub is awesome. We especially like every time you come and went there is usually someone to greet you and get the door. The only thing my wife said was the bathroom was a little dark for getting ready and putting on make up. (Diva) Location is great so many restaurants and bars to walk to even though you pay beach prices great selection. will definitely come back! Thank you Costa Hollywood Beach Resort for a great Vacation!!"
