"I enjoyed everything "

"The views around are amazing and it is set in a great location. Although we didn’t have a car the parking was convenient for those travelling by road. There is a free shuttle bus into town which we made the most of. Many of the tour companies will pick up from this resort, which was useful."

"Stayed here for one night before heading into the Rockies. On street parking was available opposite the hotel and was free at the weekend. Check in was friendly and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was great, we went early and it wasn’t too busy."

"Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is a little outside the town center, but offering free bike rentals was a super plus to help with this. The property is also a little older but they’ve done a lot to try to update it and keep it comfortable. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — the two receptionists at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to downtown Banff, which was such a great convenience. The driver was kind and shared interesting stories about the area along the way. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, warm, and inviting — a perfect place to stay in Banff.”"
