"I stayed with my wife and 3 kids for about a week This has been by far one of the best experience The rooms and bed was super clean never seen one like it . As soon as we checked in or even before we had been chatting with hotel stuff with WhatsApp asking questions about airport taxi cost and stuff which was very helpful as we did not have a local sim . Rooms are super spacious compared to Next about hotel staff is very helpful towels and toiletries could be requested on WhatsApp with prompt response. For desi food lovers not many restaurants close by however thats was not a deal breaker as food can easily be ordered. I have heard that Swiss butter at walkable distance has good steak Overall experience was great Taxi or uber to holy mosque is only issue but not super expensive sar 10 to 20 "

"Decent hotel, Excellent shuttle bus service and friendly drivers. Reception staff not a Welcoming behaviour, Housekeeping staff not much helpful while checkout, not a greeting staffs. I thought Hotel is non-smoking, but when we check in room 203 was strong odour smoke smell, room carpet bit dirty. we stayed 10days eventhough told to change bed cover pillow cover, housekeeper never bothered to change it.Apart from shuttle service and decent size rooms, all staffs need to be updated, Sorry to say but its true no one is greeting or welcoming."
