Hotel berdekatan Akamba Garden Centre

"Convenient location and good value for money."

"Very welcoming and helpful staff, great with our children too. Our room was great, however the bathroom felt a bit tired. There was a weird musty smell in our toom when wr got there, but once we opened the window and let it all air out it was fine. Breakfast was regularly topped up, offering plenty of variety."

"Beds and pillows were too firm and not very comfortable"

"A good stay....check in was a little odd...As I'd"

"Great location about 5 miles outside Shirley, ald very convenient for the NEC. Breakfast and parking included. Great value given the quality. We had a really big beautiful room (including a chaise by the window!) and the bathroom was enormous. Amazing shower, lovely big (separate) bath. Breakfast was buffet-style with hot and cold choices. Service was excellent. We would definitely come here again if in the area."

"Staff were very friendly, breakfast had a good range of food items. Room is compact and comfy with a handy kitchenette with microwave, fridge, hob, sink and dishwasher. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...

"L.ovely home. Mary made our check-in smoother. She helped"

"Arrived late, (2 a.m.) but efficient checking in service and soon settled in for a good night's sleep (aided greatly by the knowledge that check out wasnt until 12)"

"overall good"

"Room 207 had a pretty bad smell in the bathroom when we arrived. Seemed to get worse overnight. Didn't complain as was only there for one night ? Bad drain smell?"

"Indifferent staff at check-in, restaurant and bar. Bags of rubbish in the corridor outside my room. No wi-fi available. It maybe a airport hotel with a high turnover of guests, but no-one seemed bothered about providing a decent service. Avoid breakfast - better off in Greggs over the road....."

"Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture Kettle - element broken/burnt TV - no channels available/not working Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay."

"Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist"
