Wonderful experience, will definitely stay again. Hotel reception was fab and smooth registration. Hotel has all the latest tech to make life super simple for access and comfort. Quality of the furnishings and bed was top notch and very luxe.
Recommend.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room and very quirky…..in a good way. No breakfast option and not a business style hotel in my opinion, but great for a night away with a partner.
The property is quirky and has a boutique feel in a very attractive building. However the room was not well maintained with a cracked pane of glass in the window, grubby corners, badly marked paintwork.
Having booked the room online and seen it - I was not advised that the room was in the attic, and that there were 2 flights of stairs to access it. the second one being very steep and narrow. If I had been given this information I would not have booked this room.
The parking was good and well lit at night
The receptionist was welcoming and friendly.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Room clean, well appointed and staff friendly and helpful. Really lovely place. Only downside is the room has a green led light in the ceiling which disturbs your sleep (I’m used to pitch black room)
Fantastic experience, staff were great and super friendly, the atmosphere and aesthetics through out the establishment is well designed

Absolutely wonderful room. Spotlessly clean. Big fuffy towels, warm and comfortable and the manager was just fantastic.
Cant beat it for value for money. A room of that standard, I wouldn't have been shocked if it was double what we pa
Had a lovely stay, the Rumi room was beautiful, the bath tub was gorgeous, very deep and extremely relaxing. Plenty of towels and great amenities, bed was really comfortable. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy, in a nice area. Will definitely visit again one day, if prices are right. Thank you
Room was amazing. Only issue I had was access to it. It was on the third floor and was a very narrow staircase which when carrying bags made it very difficult to manage. But over all the hotel was amazing the room was amazing and the staff very friendly.
Best hotel I've stayed in for some time. Parking was easy and safe accessible at the rear of the property through a locked gate. The staff were lovely and friendly on checked. It smelled amazing frombthevfood being cooked in the retaurant which i sadly didn't get chance to try. I stated in the Marco Polo suite which was well priced vs other hotels in Birmingham. The room was elegant with lovely decoration. The bed was comfortable with lovely ammenties with an area to work and a lovely big bath in the room with bath salts provided. Only issue were some of the bulds were not working which the host fixed when i informed them. I would stay here again
Check in went smoothly and I was happy with that and with the room itself.
Upon returning to my room after dinner I tried to turn the television on to no avail. I managed to speak to someone at reception who advised that since the TVs had been ‘framed’ in the gold frame there was a signal problem and that I would need to stand directly in front of the TV to operate it. This worked, but then when I was ready to go to sleep I could not turn the TV off nor could I turn the volume down. To resolve this I had to pull furniture away from the wall in order to turn the TV off at the mains!
When I awoke this morning and tried to make my coffee, I found a small bottle of milk in the fridge, but upon pouring the milk into my coffee noticed that the milk had gone off and was totally undrinkable!
