"No breakfast, no parking, no microwave in room."

"No "Wow" factor here. Not worth the cost to me. Rooms are very basic , I've been to way better for less, doesn't even have a fridge to store food. I guess you're just paying for the location and the aesthetics of the Brooklyn Bridge. Also on the last day here, of course because I am a 'POC'was subjected to racial profiling and discrimination by the staff while walking on the rooftop. You cannot have activate the elevator without your keycard to your room.So getting to the rooftop would be impossible if you weren't a guest. Yet I was asked if I was a guest there. Hotel was clean though. "

"Before arriving the "room key app" link didn't work. Check-in onsite was easy and the lady checking me in was very nice and gave me restaurant advice. The room was clean and nice. The elevator was the slowest I've ever been on. The included breakfast didn't exist. Showed up at 8:30 and was told they don't have anything but are waiting for more to arrive,,, The closest restaurant for breakfast" Wraptor" was closed, had to walk to a deli like a mile away. I'd give it 2 stars. The only good thing is it's close to the cruise port but you're probably better off to stay in Manhattan if you want to do anything."

"The hotel was a little dated, but it was fine. There were people fighting in the hall. The in-room phone did not work. I called the front desk on my cell and they answered and immediately put me on hold-for 20 minutes. It was scary. I did not feel safe with the fighting and not being able to get hold of the front desk in a timely manner. I dont think I will stay here again. "
