"The room was clean and tidy but the plug socket for the kettle and t.v. was loose and not properly attached to the wall. Also, the two bedside wall lights didn't work at all and one was hanging from the wall showing the wire."

"Beautiful historic hotel. Public areas are lovely. The room was a bit dated though, bashed and battered table tops and curtains falling down. The bathroom was also drab with little space to hang or put toiletries. No plugs by the bed so you have to charge your phone at the other side of the room, no bedside lamps.
