"I booked a week at Vessel Inn but ended up extending three more days after another hotel I had booked near DisneySea canceled my reservation due to a credit card issue. All the staff at Vessel Inn were incredibly respectful, professional, and helpful — one male staff member patiently assisted me with the extension. I also enjoyed chatting with Hao, who speaks Vietnamese and was very friendly. The rooms are clean , spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is very fresh, healthy, and delicious. I’m so glad I stayed longer — truly a fantastic experience and I will come back again. "

"A capsule/pod hotel with a wonderful onsen and bath facility. Very near metro line tho outside Tokyo city. Smooth, direct 35 minutes to Disney parks. "

"Most amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and staff was so welcoming. Room was spacious and towels, shower and amenities were luxurious. Hotel included breakfast with so many delicious foods for Japanese or Western tastes. Afternoon tea time and cocktails were also included. The appetizers were amazing. What a treat for their guest which started in the morning all the way to night. The generousity of the hotel was much appreciated!! The staff was so kind and professional."
