The property is a little dated but overall the customer service was great! The facilites were clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in a very convenient location and the Limobus to the airport picks up right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is older but is in a very safe and quiet area. There is direct bus transport between it and Haneda Airport at specified times for a reasonable rate. Shopping at the outlets is a two-minute walk away. The staff is extremely helpful.

Exceptional Hotel

While in Chiba, I will always return to Hotel Francs. My favorite is the Corner Twin room because it is spacious and comfortable. The service and staff are exceptional. The Airport Limo bus drops off and picks up in front of the hotel.

An easy access from Kaihinmakuhari Station, about 5 minutes walking. Location is perfect. We got the breakfast package and we enjoyed it with a beautiful view of the bay. The room was decent with the necessary amenities. No coin laundry on site, so you would have to go somewhere if you are staying long. I’d come back again!

This hotel is super aged. Its in a convenient location for shopping districts and the stadium however the hotel itself is kinda sad. Bathrooms look and function like they are from the 80's and there are weird wires in the room to make the ancient bedside table tech operate (kind of). Lamps didn't work in our room. Decent space to repack our bags though! In terms of service, check in was slightly annoying - zero flexibility on checking in half an hour early even though the place was a ghost town. Also they charged us a 20 yen to print 2 tickets? Obviously wasn't about the meaningless amount of money but it just felt so awkward to be charged for that at all? Overall wouldnt stay there again as there are heaps of other places in the area that looked better.
