The flat is in a perfect location in the middle of Tenby - bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants all at your doorstep. The beach only a short walk away so it could not be in a better position. "Enjoyed our overnight stay in the Celtic Manor and had time to recharge our batteries. The male member of staff at Reception was exceptional! (Sorry we didn't make a note of his name.) He was particularly welcoming, helpful and informative about all amenities available and booked all the little extras for us. The staff at 'The Grill' were also great, where we enjoyed a tasty meal in a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered plenty of variety the following morning. We opted to pay extra for a room with a balcony, however, although it was clean, comfortable and looked nice enough, on close inspection it needed a make-over and a lot of TLC. The balcony was shoddy and the door leading out to it didn't close properly so it was draughty. However, the worst experience for us during this visit was the pool and spa. Despite booking our 'slot', it was full to the brim. There were adults and children diving in to the pool even though there were lifeguards on duty and signs to discourage this. The steam room and jacuzzi / hot tubs were also jammed packed, and so were impossible to sample and enjoy. This aspect was disappointing and unacceptable."
