"From outside the room the room number plate was missing. Our private rooftop pool was dirty and never cleaned in the six nights we were there. The blackout curtains were missing and we couldn’t sleep past 5am from the sunlight. Staff kept saying they’d look into it and then tried installing it our last night there when we were going to dinner."

"The only think that I have to say is that there were many Haitians working at the hotel and even though some of them were nice, some of them weren’t. I’ve stayed in other resorts in punta cana and this is the first one in where the staff was almost 90% Haitians. I don’t have anything against them, but they tend to be rude when you don’t want to comply with the prices for the services they provide at the beach."
