"Family friendly, huge resort. The rooms were clean and the staff okey. The waterpark large and enjoyable, but outdated. Food- horrible, including the evening restaurants. The water in the kids’ pool-dirty. Public restrooms- dirty and smelled. Overall, the hotel feels old and in need of renovation. I booked based on overall positive reviews, which I am sure now that were not written by real guests. You get what you pay for—if you can afford a better hotel, go for a different one!"

He made our entire trip special day and night as we came to celebrate our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. Highly suggest if booking to have aqua club access! Japanese restaurant was our favorite! And Liberi was nice for breakfast and lunch. "

"The property it self was very nice and clean. The night entertainment was very nice. Kids club was horrible. We have been to other princess resorts and this one is in the lower end. My wife had food poisoning on the second day there from eating at the snack bar. There was no stuff by the pools or beach you had to go get your drinks yourself and don’t waste your time at the restaurant the buffet was much better. It wasn’t the worst all inclusive resort we been too and definitely not the best....

"The food was good. Room was nice with a jetted tub. Property was nice and well kept. The beach and water had a lot of seaweed but they cleared it each morning off the beach. Didn’t feel like going in the water though, which was disappointing. Used the pool instead and it was nice. It was too far to walk anywhere off the resort by road. "
