"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Set right in the heart of Times Square it is easy to get everywhere in the city. Rooms are spacious extremely quiet and really comfortable beds. They are spotlessly clean and comfortable after a full day of sightseeing. The bars are relaxed and the staff are all so helpful and polite. The hotel also smells gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again, worth every penny."

Overall experience let down by small details this time: breakfast room inadequate for size of hotel, queues most mornings from 8am; almost impossible to make tea in rooms with a pod coffee machine and disappointing practise of adding a breakfast "over-consumption" charge to our bill despite us having breakfast included in our rate. "this is my 4th time in the hotel. we always love it here. comfy large rooms. hardwood floors. excellent bedding. if you are sensitive to noise ask for rooms that face 38 steret NOT 6ave ( that was loud). great jazz downstairs. We eat out including breakfast so many places around ( hotel food is not great). Super central I am always picky and this hotel is great!"
