"Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything. Best service I’ve received thus far in a beautifully put hotel with an excellent location and spa!!"

"Had to wait long time for check in . We had an upgrade on the room. Had dinner at one of the restaurants. Server did not know the ingredients of the pizza. We also had to look around for the server if we needed something else. Overall stay was very good . I would recommend it and I would stay here again. "

"Outstanding and luxurious property with local art and decor that elevated our experience. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel includes breakfast with breathtaking views, luxury car transportation to local attractions such as Hagia Sophia, and a relaxing spa. The location was superb, and I can’t imagine going back and staying somewhere else. Excellent option for a family with kids "

"I’m not going to share too much about my own experience since everyone’s will be different. The hotel is in a fantastic location—less than five minutes from a beautiful grand masjid, right next to the spice bazaar, with the Bosporus river and tram connection just around the corner (5/10 mins), plus plenty of food and shops nearby (perfect!). Hop on the tram and within three stops you’re right outside the Blue Mosque. The hotel room itself looked a bit dated and could do with an upgrade. In one...
