Everything was very well done. This really is a true 5 star hotel. The staff and service was super! I wished there was more choice for the breakfast but quality was definitely there.

Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul
The hotel will not offer a credit or voucher for missed check in with a valid reason. Don’t expect a quick email response on the weekend neither. It took three days for a response to my email. There is a non refundable policy which is not spoken about or given at time of booking…be aware!
