Hotel was good tbh, but they asked extra 5% service fee during my checkin which was not mentioned in the booking. I refused it. This is a 5 star hotel, what kind of a service fee could applyy? As well, the heaters where not working. Hot water needed to be waited long time. But cleanness and location is top. Also furniture is nice. Tv would be better.

The family room that states it sleeps up to 7 people is totally wrong. This room sleeps 4 at best and that includes a cot, not a bed. The cot is very uncomfortable and lumpy. Also, the room faced the front of the hotel which is on a busy, busy street. You will hear traffic and people talking outside until very early in the morning. Recommend getting two separate rooms for large families traveling that faces the back of hotel where it is quieter.

Very convenient location for both business and pleasure. Lots of amenities from parking to three swimming pool. Extensive SPA services. Rooftop bar, pool and restaurant are great place to unwind and admire the capital of east Roman Empire

Feels like home kind of stay

It was a very pleasant stay as per usual its our 3rd time here in Wyndham Kalmış The staff is super friendly (especially the ones at the check in and breakfast buffet they were very friendly and cool and funny ) Felt like home

This is not a 5 star hotel. There are cats roaming around the lobby and the bathrooms need some renovation / re-sealing of bath tubs. We checked out and asked that our luggage be stored while we were out in the city. When we came back to get our luggage and head to airport, i.e. 7 hours later, the luggage was still sitting in the lobby. The location is good.

Luxury in Turkey

The place was beautiful! Very comfortable. Service was extremely helpful. My friend had surgery and couldn't find too many things close within walking distance. Train station was about 15 min walk. Uber ride to an authentic restaurant was about 10 min. Walking maybe 30min. Nice, quiet area.

Best Hotel in Istanbul

We are World travelers! This is the first time we feel sad to leave a hotel… staff were so friendly, room service, cleaning crew went above and beyond. Our room view and the food was priceless. Staff put every effort to make our stay perfect. We took a private boat ride to the princess Islands. Yiğit made sure everything went well. This is our Hotel to stay in Istanbul! We can not wait to come back.
