"Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something. ..."

"The cleanliness, breakfast or services did not meet 5 star standards. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is around 3 star worthy. We had a wet carpet for our entire stay and hotel staff clearly just didn’t understand or try to understand what we was saying. We had to request new towels ..."
