This is a beautiful property with lovely amenities but unfortunately it appears they might be short staffed and seem to be more concerned with showcasing their brand rather than the level of service. Bar Julian was hosting private events for half of our stay and was not open for breakfast one morning with no notice. The lobby bar also seems to be chronically understaffed and did not appear to be prepared for weekend service. The other staff was very nice and helpful, especially the bartender at the pool, who could be running the place with how hard she works. Overall the place is very high end but a bit rough around the edges.

Property is clean and new. Chaos in lobby with check in. Very slow service and a very loud dj playing so you could not hear yourself think. Location was not near downtown. Construction all around. For the $ very disappointing!

It was very dog friendly and there were options to allow us to eat at the hotel. It is located in a very nice area and the view of the Savannah river is very nice.

Outstanding newer property. All staff were very attentive from bellman, check in and all inquiries. Daily housekeeping to include fresh towels and robes. Very convenient location, I suggest a riverfront room. Great views of the passing freighters and easy walk to the riverfront shopping district. We visited the rooftop bar for a daily nightcap and it was packed.The bartenders were very engaged and the drinks were great. Order an espresso martini , my wife really raved about hers.There is a great bakery/ coffee shop attached to the hotel, great coffee. Our room met all of our needs, firm bed, plenty of storage space, nepresso machine. Water pressure was very strong. We highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.
