"View from the top floors was fantastic. Just as pictured in booking photos. Parking was provided at an additional cost, but was very easy considering the limited parking in a downtown area. Employees were very helpful and provided a smile during all interactions. If I visited again I would not look for other accommodations, I would return to this property."

"The property was in an ideal location to cater for an upcoming surgery at nearby hospital. The spa bath was more of an inconvenience, given we had elderly family who found it almost impossible to access. The room was clean enough although kitchen utensils could do with a really good clean. Staff friendly and helpful, especially with the logistics of parking which is awkward on check out. Great food outlets and other retailers nearby. We would use again."

"Amongst other routine notifications just prior to our stay, one included that the neighbourhood was expanding etc. What an understatement - we paid full freight for a stay on a Tuesday night and the construction noise was around the clock and started at 7am the next morning - vibrating through the whole building. All that was offered were some ear plugs!! Our family room was dark and dingy too with very little natural light. It was so far from expectations it was not funny. The service desk was...
