"The atmosphere at the main rim up bar is chaotic with a lot of extremely loud music , drunk people , and stupid entertainment from guest , which escalates into loud music and speech disturbing the entire area with the two main pools, so that regular and non alcoholic people have no peace and rest at the pool .
A similar situation occurs in the evenings at the La Fiesta area , where the music is extremely loud , irritating people’s ears more than it is enjoyable.
Room maintenance is problematic...

"No beach towels for 3 days as they were out. Waited for 20 minutes for bellhop when we arrived at midnight. Finally we walked to find our own room in the pouring rain."

"This place is the best!!!! The whole place was clean, not even a leaf on the walkways! The swim up bar was amazing. The staff is so much fun and keep you entertained. They are so friendly and will do anything to help you. The food was great and had a wide variety of options. The steak house was my favorite, the steak was the size of my head. The rooms were cleaned everyday and you could smell the cleaning products they used when you walked into the room everyday. I have no complaints about this...
