"部屋は広く、インテリアも設備も良いです。おしゃれな感じで、特に女性には好まれるインテリアだと思います。水回りも水圧も問題なく、トイレはウォッシュレット、TOTO製ですが電動ではなく横のつまみを回すタイプ、で日本人にはありがたい。 ただし、広い窓があるものの眺めはのぞめない部屋が多いと思います。細長い長方形の建物ですが、長辺の両サイドに同じくらいのビルが立っており、正面と背面サイドの部屋以外は隣のビルに面している感じです。部屋内容とグレードの割に他ホテルよりやや手頃なのは、そういった事情を織り込んでとも。ただ、初めから眺めを期待するのではなく部屋重視なら悪く無いと思います。屋上のプールからの眺めは良いです。 駅にはやや遠いですが、ブキビンタンやKLタワー等には徒歩15-20分で行けました。ただし日中は結構汗かくし、道はあまり歩行者フレンドリーではありません(KL全般に)。歩けちゃうんで悩ましいですが、場面に応じてタクシーを使っても良いかも。 朝食ブッフェもまあまあです。規模がそんなに大きく無いホテルなので、大型ホテルと比べると種類はやや少なめですが、一通りあり、質も悪くありませんでした。"

"A friend recommended that we stay here and we were not disappointed. It was a large modern apartment, rather than a hotel room. Large living room with spectacular views of the city, fully equiped kitchen including washer and dryer, comfortable bedroom, and large bathroom. Location was excellent and walkable to everywhere we needed."

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Service given by the staffs. We felt welcomed and respected all the way from the bag drop off at the lobby, parking, front desk all the way up to the pool and roomkeepers. All are very professional and they really enjoy what they do wholeheartedly."

"Stayed for 2 nights and have stayed here many times before. The hotel has a great location very close to the bars and restaurants of Changkat Bukit Bintang. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is substantial and of good quality and you can take it in the airconditioned restaurant or in a shaded area adjacent to the pool. Will stay here again next time we are in KL.."

"I was first given a room that was not ready, staff acknowledged that there was a system error and assigned another room to me. Aircon in the living area was faulty but I am fine with the other aircon unit in the bed area. Housekeeping was not performed by 3pm when I was out from 8am-2pm. "
