Large two bedroom two bath room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room, on the A side didn’t have a great view, but up on the top floor you can see the KL skyline. Room came with a combo washer/dryer which was beneficial to have.

Nice location and walkable to nearby attractions in KLCC. Room is so comfortable at size and especially rooftop pool for great view. I like this hotel at all.

Amazing pool

The room was spacious and well organized. The concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was very good also and above all the pool was amazing with a splendid view during the day and at night

Probably the best rooftop pool view in KL. Rooms are clean and very spacious. However, reception was understaffed; even checking out took several minutes. Staff were polite. Wayfinding from carpark can be improved.

we were stranger and did not know what to expect... but the hotel accommodation and concierge staff made us feel safe and at home. imagine travelling for a vacation for 12 of your family...on a DIY arrangement. stressfull right! but with the staff of The Face Style Suites made it stress free...they were able to address my question and the service is beyond what we imagine. VIP at a low cost price.

We stayed at the face july 2024. The appartment was very good and clean. Beds were made every day. Location is very convenient for main atrractions in KL. Always a taxi just outside the hotel. THE POOL - is superb. Really infinity with the most insane view. Really dont think you get it better KL. In daytime not too many people, in the evening quite crowded for phototaking. But its understandable cause its so beautifull. Breakfast good. Station where they make eggs the way you want. All in all - very recommendable especially for location and an insane beautifull rooftop pool.

CHECK THIS …The staff wasn’t attentive, I lose my skirt at the pool and they literally did nothing to help me , I asked for recommendations for spa as long as the property doesn’t have any and they told me SORRY WE DONT KNOW, at the front desk they were very rude every time I needed to go asking for something even at the last minute of my stay, even when I called before leaving the room to the concierge to take my bags they took soo long to do it that even my taxi arrived i checked out with deposit in cash to be refunded and I still needed to wait 2 time for my bags, besides that since I arrived there they never cleaned the room even when the sign was to do it ! They cAme one time asking if I wanted something… I mean … overall such a bad experience, the pool is amazing and also the views, very comfortable room but besides that … i would never stay there again, not even if they pay me 🙂

Stayed in a suite for 3 nights. The rooms looked great and were very clean. There was a nice pool and deck on the top floors with a good view of the Petronas towers. While the whole vibe of the place was upmarket, the suite lacked some basic amenities. No "do not disturb" signs (the other rooms on the floor had an electronic display for it, but not the one I was in with my family). A washer-dryer but nowhere to hang the clothes. Big closets but not the most convenient for hanging up our clothes. A lack of hangers for towels and clothes in the bathrooms. A single remote controller for all 3 ACs in the suite. While I'm all for economizing on the amount of plastic used in remote controllers, it's a little annoying to go from room to room to change the temperature setting. And the "influencers" on the top floors gumming up the works. I suppose there is no getting away from them anywhere...

(23-30Dec2024) Pro: - Location (10-30min walking distance to most malls and restaurants) - Easy for GRAB("Uber in Asia") - Pool is soo nice (However, crowded) - 6min walk to Anytime fitness (Quill City Mall) - 6min walk to the train station - Huge apartment (Suite with one bedroom) - Wash and dryer for cloth!! - Awesome views - Gym only for those who run or do very simple workout - Smart TV - Staff really trying their best to assist with anything! - Fast checkout Cons: - Dirty carpet on the living room - 1 mirror in the whole apartment - Shelves was very dusty - Need to buy washing machine powder (The one they provide they use it to wash the dishes and cloth... ) - Elevator (could take up to 10min during busy times) - Room cleaning: Missed one day during our stay - Late room cleaning 6pm.. - bedroom door was patched up they probably didn't paint it over after the patching - Longest check-in I have ever experience in my traveling life - I paid for breakfast, however ended just going there 2-3 times as the food was not for my taste. - Not allowed to move sunbeds, 50% of the few sun beds will be in the shadows Note: there is multiple hotels/Airbnb in same building. Hence, the facility is not optimal for the amount of people staying there during busy times. Conclusion: I would stay there again, but probably not if I have to pay the same rate again.

Property was good but service was lacking. Lobby was always packed and staff were a little inexperienced. Rooms were big and clean. Lifts were an issue as we had to wait at least 4nto 5 mins for a lift to go down and tge pool area on level 51 was beautiful but packed at all times and the water was a litle cloudy. Overall a good stay but just need a little management improvements

Don't expect luxury service

Beautiful room but service was horrible. Meant to be luxury hotel but no one offered to take our bags, room service was cash only (?!), they demand a room inspection before you leave even though you put down a deposit. Hotel lobby was chaos and doesn't give the atmosphere of 5 stars, the lifts are really slow.
