"I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances.."

"Nice, clean hotel. Staff at the front desk were a little rude when I first arrived, but other interactions went well. Hotel is a little dated, but not too bad. Only negatives were the ice machines being hard to find on my floor and the AC barely blowing cold air. Also, not the hotels fault, probably Expedia, but I signed up for the breakfast option and the hotel didn’t see it on my reservation. Contacted Expedia and they claim I never selected breakfast. I know for a fact I did because the price...

"The pools are great all different temperatures. The adult pool is exceptional. The restaurant was delicious Jose the bartender was extraordinary, very helpful and friendly. And the rooms were cute and cozy."

"Gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds. Close to the freeway but you would never know it. No noise from the roads. Great walk through the vineyards. Room was beautiful. Staff was great. Will be back!"
