"Location was good, close to the galleria, NRG, and Toyota center. You pay extra for parking but it comes out of your security deposit ($25/night). Staff was friendly. Room was spacious, lighting dim but windows helped. I communicated with the hotel and requested early check in a week before my arrival since my flight changed, they told me I could pay an extra fee for it which I agreed to but when I got there the room was not ready. "I made a reservation 2-3 days before we arrived to this hotel. After a long day of traveling, we made it to the hotel around 11:30 pm and the front desk staff informed us that there were no rooms clean and we’d have to wait. Extremely frustrating when their check out time is 11 AM and we arrived 12.5 hours after that.. keep in mind, they also knew we were coming. Finally got a room on the third floor.. and then we found out the elevator was broken. We get up to the third floor and two cleaning...

"Room was decent but I barely saw housekeeping , I had garbage in my room for the entire stay only saw housekeeping 1 time , the pool was extremely dirty , false advertisement, I was not able to use the pool , staff were decent , but I didn’t get any accommodation at all , there are people living in the hotel"
