"Staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was super central for the senso ji temple and lots of amazing food around. It’s situated on top of a Uniqlo which was a great bonus. Safe and quiet even though it was a very busy area. Don Quiote was a 2min walk!! Very convienent and they were open 24/7. Lawson and 7/11 Were in close proximity to the hotel for those late night cravings They had welcome drink hour and drinks from certain time frames were free during those hours- water, juice,beer, calpsio...

"A lot of shopping that is around the area and 3 really close convenience stores that come in really handy. Great service and hospitality overall, only thing I’d point out is that the tv in the room is a little outdated so you’d have to give up on watching Netflix and such streaming services. Not really a down side but something others might care about. Really close to trains and stations with Tokyo stations being the main hub of everything traveling. Great location overall and hotel to stay...

"Excellent hotel, close to Disney. Nice room with decent amenities. Convenient store in the hotel for snacks, food, souvenirs etc. The breakfast, which we paid for, was amazing. Many options, good quality, plenty of food. My kids loved it, and so did I. "

"It was a fantastic stay! The location is great, we came tired and found a massage chair in the room very relaxing. Also the pillows with glass pearls and pajamas added to the great sleep!"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"This hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the train station, with a Family Mart nearby and great access to shopping. The room is well-equipped for short stays, offering a washer-dryer, microwave, small fridge and more (my favorite is the amazing hairdryer!). The highlight, however, is the front desk staff; professional, friendly, and proactive. When we had a small issue in the room, two staff members quickly resolved it. Their outstanding service made the stay especially remarkable."
