"We were very pleased that our room was ready early. We valet parked which was coordinated at the front desk and not by the valet. I think it’s awkward.
Check in was slow. We upgraded online but were surprised by the room taxes. Probably 40% more than advertised rate.
Issued wristbands which we like but weren’t told we needed to wave then at what looked like a vacant light switch. I’ve used cards before but we figured it out.
Room was nice. Just above the beach area.

"My ocean view room was heavily blocked by the neighboring building. Was not notified about possible insect infestation with the lighting. This hotel is right next to a storm drain / wash and that was more of my view. "

"We love this property, and it was not our first stay. Location is one of the primary assets, but the aloha spirit of the staff is an asset as well. The beds are comfy, the AC is effective, and the cleaning staff is meticulous. We will happily stay here again. The wifi strength varied depending on which building we were in, building A had the best. Otherwise, another great stay."

"The property was well maintained Our room was clean and well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable ,towels coffee , kitchen utensils refrigerator was large we were very happy with our stay. The pools and grounds were beautiful the management was very good at making our needs were met. We would recommend anyone wanting to stay in a resort to go there"

Otherwise everything else was excellent
Great service, liked the pool and hot tub.
Cabana area also excellent and Walter did a great job
Nice having a shuttle to and from the cabana as well!

"Great place to stay at if you are going to be out all day enjoying the island! Only problems my family and I had was during our whole stay we were getting bit by nats the whole time and my daughter woke up with bites every night around her body and so did my 2 year old son. Lastly Is there was a lady at the property that looked local staying there and she would constantly visit the pool and she would approach me and my kids with attitude and it was very uncomfortable when she was there.
