"Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location. things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."

"My room was located on the highest level at the end/corner thus it was quiet and nice. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving suggestion of locations of local food. Great location as walking distance to the Jetty as l need to take the ferry to & from Butterworth to access the train."

"Excellent quality of accommodation, and value for money. Yes, others have noted the noise from nearby bars, but this was not a bother for us at all. Great staff. Relaxing pool with free mango ice blocks. "

Pros: 1) carpark is available 2) near to botanical garden and food court 3) fast and easy checkin 4) Spacious, clean and comfortable room 5) has a fitness centre at level 7 Cons: 1) Sound proofin needed 2) apartment is quite enclosed with no windows besides the balcony and bathroom window."
