"Very friendly staff. The room was average size, clean, and had a balcony with 2 chairs and a side table. It was well equipped with all the basics including blow dryer and iron. We also received some lavender infused face towels and refillable water bottles. They gave a refillable water station in the tower lobby which is very convenient. "Outrigger ruined this property! This used to be my go to resort in Hawaii. They pull scams now. Wanted an additional $3,000.00 claimed it was expedias error. They are under reconstruction and oversold is the real story. The pool is so out of balance it bleached our outfits. The staff seem miserable and unhappy. "Property is an old building in need of updates. The beach isn't great for swimming and while we were there the pool was closed for repairs. The location is also not great, and isn't close to dining options. It was ok for 1-2 nights but I wouldn't stay here for an entire vacation."

"Great location and walking distance to beach. We were at 1st floor so we could hear footsteps loud from above. Kids were running above us so it was annoying. Amenities were excellent. It was really nice that they had all these beach equipment such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella, carrying wagon, and body surfboard.
