"Small room but well organized. Hotel is very near the central station of Milano, and very convenient. It’s proper hotel rather than the apartment hotel, with the reception of human being. I return to the hotel very late after watching the Opera at the Scala Theatre, but the reception person opens the door for you. I feel very safe and I could relax. That’s important point."

"Nice and close to train station. A little tricky figuring out how things worked and had problems with air conditioner that were not fixed til the next day. Shower stall poorly set up. Paid for a sitting area (a couch) that I wouldn't sit in cause looked dirty."

"Overall, I had a great experience. The room was exactly as advertised, it was clean, and it had working aircon (this was extremely important given that I was staying in Milan during a heatwave). The hotel is located a 10 minute walk to the metro station and from there it is only a 20 minute train into central Milan. There are also multiple restaurants around the hotel as well as supermarkets. The staff were always friendly and up for a chat when entering/leaving the hotel. I don't have a bad...

"Very convenient location near the railway station and restaurants. Disappointed that there are no coffee facilities in the room and advertise that there is complimentary coffee in the lobby but we had to ask and couldn’t access it until 8am."

"We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived, they told us that we had reserved two rooms (we hadn’t, and we prepaid for one). They wouldn’t let us check in unless we paid for another room, which we were obviously not prepared to do. The staff was extremely rude and not at all accommodating. I was so upset that I ended up going to another hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone."
