"Absolutely perfect! Lovely clean room, spotless hotel and location is perfect! pubs in temple bar area all on door step literally a few steps but no noise in room. Grafton street shopping around the corner. Perfect location for sight seeing Dublin. This is third time staying in hotel all staff specially door staff are so friendly and lovely. I will not stay anywhere else! "

"There was an initial problem with the room as we booked a double room but ours had two singles. The staff went out of their way to fix the problem and treated us to two complimentary drinks, which wasn't necessary but it showed how much they valued our custom. The room and hotel in general was spotless, the food was good and everyone was pleasant and very professional."
