Excellent place to stay to save a few €€. Neighborhood is under a lot of construction right now, but it will be hopping in a few months. Restaurant choices very limited, but a 20 minute walk to the center and there are dozens.

The facilities are new but still lots of dust around. This is a student housing not an hotel therefore just expect to be there for the rest

My little room was tiny/cozy, but very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. SInce I hadn’t been able to board my plane and had a 2 day delay, I was grateful. The staff working the desk couldn’t have been kinder. And with all the security doors, it felt very safe. It was a little bit of a walk to the sites and my phone had died, but they gave me a map. There was construction across the street from my room, but it didn’t get noisy until 07:30. I highly recommend these accommodations.
