"Hoped to stay in old part, not quite the same atmosphere in newer section!
Toilet was dirty and mud on floor on arrival. Ordered cheese pasty and got a meat one! Too late to change. Fish and chips were excellent, small portion plenty for each of us. A lovely place to stay, recommend read Daphne DuMauriers book. Great position to explore both coast lines.

"I really wanted to like the Camelot, and wasn’t expecting it to be high spec or anything, but was mostly really put off by two things: the bedding was quite scratchy, and the bathroom was a complete shock.
Pros: large family room, lovely sea view, staff were friendly and helpful on the few occasions I spoke to them, and when we had an issue with the bathroom they accommodated us by allowing us to use a bath in an empty room. Also lovely walks straight out the door and you can walk along the...

"Went for a relaxing break in Port Isaac and stayed here in room 5 which had a lovely view of the slipway. Room not very spacious and with only one chair which meant one of us had to sit on the bed but not too much of a problem. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The toilet was practically touching the ensuite door so a visit in the dark in the middle of the night left me with a head injury when I closed the door and went to sit down! I think they heard the bang...
