"It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late."

"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."

"Very disappointing experience. The reservation was not honored as confirmed. We specifically booked a room with certain specifications, but the hotel refused to provide the booked room and assigned us a completely different room that did not match our reservation. The room was extremely small, unclean, and had insects, which was completely unacceptable. The breakfast was also very poor and below any reasonable standard. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. He was...

"The room was extremely small and not clean at all. The night staff welcomed us very politely, which we appreciated. However, in the morning, when I asked where I should return the keys, the staff member responded using hand gestures instead of speaking and did not make any eye contact. I found this behaviour very rude and unprofessional."
