The hotel is clean, comfortable and has everything you need, but the stand-out is the help you get from the amazing staff. Aziz and Mehmet were great right from arrival, providing lots of advice and taking care of bookings. I only had 2 days in Istanbul but I managed to see and do so much because of their assistance.

The hotel located right in a center of the main tourist destinations, quick accessability to preety much everything. But it doesnt feel overwhelming in a area at the same time, very quiet in the evening and night, safe. big surprise was a close connection to the Tram, that is such an easy access to the rest of the city. Absolutely helpful and poline staff that was very accommodating and told us in and outs of the town. I took their Istanbul transportation card by mistake, I am so sorry!

The Staff at Hotel Nena is amazing! They are super friendly and certainly know how to make you feel special. We were helped to get to restaurants and areas around. It is walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazar and Museums. There is variety of food and we always felt safe. Highly recommended!

Didn't receive the free upgrade because the hotel was fully booked, so understandable. This property was terrific, close to many of Istanbul's main attractions and for others, public transit was easy to use and nearby. Staff were great and our room was very comfortable. Highly recommended property.

Great hotel stay for Sultanhamet access. Easy walk to mosques, Topkapi, and grand bazaar. Walkable neighborhood, bakery, supermarket, and two tram stops nearby. Excellent location in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, trams and old city attractions including Blue Mosque, Tokapi Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern & Grand Bazaar. Mine host Aziz couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, and the staff were courteous and efficient. I'd have no hesitation recommending Hotel Nena as a good base at a reasonable price.
