"Hands down one of the best hotel values I’ve ever experienced. Grande Centre Point Surawong Bangkok exceeded expectations in almost every category. The hotel is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. The staff was exceptional from start to finish, incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Concierge service was always on point and made everything smooth during our stay. The room itself was fantastic. The AC blasted ice cold, which was a huge plus in Bangkok. Housekeeping was extremely thorough every single day, and they constantly refilled water and amenities without needing to ask. The blackout electric shades made for some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The bathrooms and toilets were amazing, modern, high tech, and loaded with amenities. Small touches like the complimentary snacks really elevated the experience. The gym was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was beautiful, relaxing, and spotless. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were also excellent with a huge variety and quality far above what I expected at this price point. Honestly, this hotel competes with properties that cost significantly more. If you’re staying in Bangkok and want luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and incredible service without completely overspending, this place is an absolute gem."

"Would recommend. Location was great, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely adequate- good selection, not too much and quiet. Only negative was that the AC fan in our room was noisy, even on minimal settings and had a bearing going, which meant the sound was not rhythmic- this spoiled our sleep for 2x nights. It may not bother other people. Overall, good."
