"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. "Wanted to thank the staff that were there the night we checked in. We had spent a long day at the hospital and my dad couldn't get the tv to work. A young man on the staff came upstairs and was patient and got it up and running. The kindness after a long couple of weeks was appreciated!"

"The lady that checked us in was awesome. I dont know her name but we checked in at 3 on July 3rd. Im hoping management can look up my room and see who it was. She deserves 5 stars. As far as the hotel itself goes, could use a little lesson on cleaning. Debris in the hallway (it was not vacuumed my 2 days here, same debris same spot for over 48 hours. The room we had was good.
