"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"It’s ***NOT*** a smoke free property When other guests break the rules and smoke inside, the staff only offer to spray “frangrance” in your room. That’s a bad solution. If I don’t want to smell cigarettes, I definitely don’t want to smell cigarette heavy perfume It’s the only really disappointing aspect so far. "
