"Very neat and clean hotel, with friendly staff. Our bathroom sink leaked on to the floor, the shelf was falling, hard bed and no window. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. The hotel was far from the main city. We found the area quite run down. Although, it was Good value for price and we would recommend and stay again!!! "

"eventhough i already pay full payment via expedia n its successfull, the hotel staff still ask me to give them prove about the itinerary comfirmation from expedia.. they said there is no such booking eventho i alrdy give them prove. so i have to email expedia and report about it, i wait for so long at the counter. thank god expedia management deal with the hotel manager and they problem settle. acctually this is second time this happend and im very dissapointed with the hotel management."

"The three bedroom apartment was spacious, well furnished, with great views and had so much potential. Unfortunately, the furnishing was a bit gross. On checking in we also found dirty socks, used toothbrushes and half finished milk teas around the place.
