"The bed was amazing and staff are very hospitable. The only problems I had were maybe that the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly with every visit, just made the bed and changed the towel and that’s it. The staff were very kind, especially Hanisa was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, I’d give it 7.5/10. We had a problem with the iPad not changing the colors but that’s not a big deal. The iPad was helpful and very techy. I loved it! Thanks for the hospitality. "

"Staffs were very kind and helpful. She tried her best to assist me with refund of my Penang train tickets. In the end we had to go to Penang as they don’t offer refund. ( I think she was the Manager or she should be as she was very customers focused) Cleaners were polite and did a good job every morning. Porters were readily available to assist you with luggages. It has been a long time when we have been in a hotel that staffs were all excellent. We will return to this hotel in the future. Location was good."

"Stayed in the Horizon Lounge room and had a good breakfast everyday. Room condition is a bit aged and should have a makeover soon. Bed mattress was excellent though - had very good sleep every night! Hotel is close and walkable to Pavilion and KLCC"
