So happy with our stay here. We had a late flight in and loved the free shuttle bus service from the airport as it’s our first time in Osaka.
We love not having to worry about public transport with kids late at night.
The room was big and spacious, we all had a good night sleep.
The next morning we walked to Rinku Outlet mall and enjoyed our first day in Osaka shopping.
Great prices and beautiful sea side view to enjoy coffee.
Would definitely stay here again for the first stop before heading to Namba after a long flight.
All the staff were so lovely, we also stored our luggage while we spent the day shopping.

The hotel rooms are on the high floor and the view is awesome. The staff are friendly and rooms are spacious. The shuttle from hotel to airport terminal are frequent and it only takes 15 minutes to arrive at terminal 1.
