The room we stayed in was in their new building. Very clean and minimalist. We did not have a hot tub or balcony. Be aware that some of those rooms have balconies overlooking their parking lot. No real instructions given on arrival. Room was the one with worst possible view and near construction in rooms next door. Hotel was great location but had a hard time enjoying the ocean from room. Supplies were not left for a 5 night stay.
