"Excelente atención del personal, las instalaciones estan muy cuidadas, observación para quien reserve la habitación Ocean Copacabana NO se ve el Cristo Redentor ni Pan de Azúcar, pero si tienes una vista de la ciudad y toda la playa, si quieres ver el Cristo desde el rooftop se ve perfecto!! Único detalle: mejorar la limpieza en habitación con el polvo, cuadros, interruptores, ventanas, ese tipo de detalles y el edredón ya merece un cambio porque se le salen las plumas. Pero en general buena...

"Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Aussicht direkt auf den Strand und die Berge war einfach traumhaft. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – ein super Buffet mit großer Auswahl. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Klare 5 Sterne!"

"Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!"
