"The staff were unhelpful and definitely not a place to stay if you are an english speaking tourist. At times, they will not be able to help any requests and will speak about you to eachother in front of you. If asked for help, staff will leave to “fix the issue” and disappear for 10 minutes despite telling you it’ll be a few minutes. Upon retuning, they’ll greet coworkers, go behind the counter and “work” on stuff until approached again regarding request. Definitely needs better staff but...

"Overall, the hotel was below standard, more like a 3-star hotel. Room was very small. Bathroom more like the size of a closet. Hot water took 10 minutes to get warm. View room with a window whose outside has not been cleaned in a few years - more like a dirty blurred view of ocean. House cleaning service timing abominable. "I loved the room view . The breakfast offered was fantastic as well !! As an issue to work on would be the late check out policies . It is said that you pay 50%for a late check out ( until 6pm) which I was willing to do , but even showing the fare published in the hotel site to calculate half of it , they came out with a higher fare in their system and charged me 20% more than I thought I would pay . The lady hotel manager did not have a clear explanation about it , but paying what she said...
