"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Upon check in, Poli was in constant communication with us and made sure all of our needs were met. Other staff that we really enjoyed Ivan at the pool, Ricardo at Hibachi, Jair at the buffet, David with activities, the staff at the coffee shop, spa, and the pool bar. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back! "We loved our stay at Sandos Finisterra. The resort, our room was cleaned. The workers were cleaning all the time. The beds were very comfortable. The food and drinks were very good too. The desserts at the restaurants were delicious. I didn’t care for the cupcake shop. The few things that I did try, I didn’t care for. We really enjoyed the nightly shows, especially the white party on the beach! We had round trip service from the Speedy service. Getting to the hotel, no problem. But trying to get a hold of them to secure our pick up, was a little nerve racking. Diego at the concierge was a big help. I would definitely return to this resort again!😊"
